Gerald
D. Galloway, J.D., Board Member and Past President, joined American
Trust Center in 1999. Gerald holds a B.S.B.A. degree from
U.N.D. and is a graduate of the U.N.D. School of Law.
He has practiced law for 34 years. His practice has been
concentrated in Business, Municipal, Estate and Real Estate
Law. He has represented many cities and businesses within
the area.
He
has worked with and represented foundation boards. He
has also served on state and local boards. He retired
as a Colonel from the Judge Advocate Corp. of the North
Dakota Army National Guard. Gerald concentrates on holding company and trust company
management, as well as business,
estate and trust planning. |

Gregory A. Vetter, CTFA, President, has been with American Trust Center since 2003. He has 22 years of financial services experience in finance, investments, human resource management, and administration. Greg received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from UND in 1986 and is a 1995 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking, Madison, Wisconsin, and a 2006 Honor Graduate of Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School.
Prior to joining American Trust Center, Greg was in a senior management position with another North Dakota community bank for 13 years. Additionally, he has nearly 4 years of bank regulatory experience for the State of North Dakota. |

Ernest Strube, Chief Executive Officer, joined American Trust Center in 2008. He has 18 years of financial services experience in lending, credit analysis, marketing, budget and finance. Ernest received a major in economics and a minor in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and is a 1999 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking, Madison, Wisconsin. Prior to joining American Trust Center, Ernest worked for American Bank Center in Dickinson beginning in 1994 where he worked as a commercial loan officer and retail banking manager for the bank and was most recently Senior Vice President of External Services for American Bancor, Ltd. Ernest handles executive responsibilities for the overall operation of the company, executes the business plan, acts as primary risk manager of all corporate activities, and leverages opportunities among all American entities. |

Russell
D. Schank, CTFA, AIF®, Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer, has been with American Trust Center since June 1987. Russ oversees the Portfolio Management area as well as administers personal trust and investment accounts. He is an honor graduate of the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University. Prior to joining American Trust Center, Russ spent four years with a regional investment firm. |

Cindy
A. Steiner, CRSP, Vice President and Retirement Plan Services Manager, began with American Trust Center in May 1990. Cindy's primary responsibilities are in the qualified employee benefit plan area, working with plan implementation and administration. She is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute's Retirement Plan Services School and has extensive knowledge of the complex laws and regulations, which govern qualified plans. |

Thecla
Ohlhauser, CTFA, Assistant Vice President and Relationship Manager, has been with American Trust Center since 1997. Thecla has more than 20 years of personal trust and employee benefit plan administration experience. She is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute's Personal Trust School and also has extensive trust operations experience and expertise.
Thecla's primary responsibilities will be building and maintaining client relationships in the Retirement Plan Services and Personal Trust areas.

Kathy
Torske, CPA, CFIRS, Assistant Vice President of Safety and Soundness, joined American Trust Center in 2005. Kathy is a graduate of Dickinson State University with double Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration with a banking/finance concentration. Prior to joining American Trust Center, Kathy had over 5 years banking experience and 5 years public accounting experience, most recently with Eide Bailly, LLP in the audit department specializing in serving financial institutions and employee benefit plans.
As Safety and Soundness Officer, Kathy is responsible for overseeing the safety and soundness of the organization. Safety and soundness activities are those that assure us that our internal and external activities comply with the
laws, rules, regulations, and policies pertaining to them. |

Ardie M. Poppe, Trust Officer, joined American Trust Center in 2007 and works in the Retirement Plan Services area. Ardie has obtained a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary and has over 35 years of trust experience. Ardie's primary responsibilities are in the qualified employee benefit plan area, working with plan implementation and administration. She works directly with employers to build and maintain client relationships for our retirement plan services area. |

Joseph Heringer, J.D., Trust Officer, resides in our Bismarck location. Joseph graduated with honors from the University of North Dakota School of Law after receiving his undergraduate degree from Concordia College in Moorhead. He administers fiduciary accounts and works with clients on estate and financial planning issues. Prior to joining American Trust Center, he practiced law as an associate attorney for Faegre & Benson LLP in Minneapolis before moving back to Bismarck where he was founder and president of Heringer Law, Ltd. While in private practice, Joseph provided estate planning and business law legal services to his local and regional clientele. |

Blaine
Stockert, CTFA, Trust Officer, joined American Trust Center in 2006. Blaine obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Dickinson State University and has over 9 years experience as a Financial Consultant and Trust Officer. Blaine works with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. He also administers fiduciary accounts, with a focus on Personal Trust administration, Agency accounts, and IRA's, as well as new business development. |

Russell R. Murphy, Trust Officer, joined American Trust Center in 2008. Russell obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota. He has several years experience working in the small business arena and most recently worked as an Investment Advisor with a national investment firm. Russell administers fiduciary accounts, with a focus on Personal Trust administration, Agency accounts, and IRA's, as well as new business development. |

Jennefer Messer, Trust Officer, joined American Trust Center in 2007 as a Trust Associate and was promoted to a Trust Officer in our Retirement Plan Services area in 2009. Jennefer began her career in the financial services industry in 1996. Prior to joining American Trust Center, Jennefer was responsible for the internal audit and regulatory compliance functions for a regional financial institution. Jennefer's primary responsibilities are in the qualified Employee Benefit Plan area, working with plan implementation and administration. She works directly with employers to build and maintain client relationships for our retirement plan services area. |

Denise C. Hays, J.D., Trust Officer, joined American Trust Center in 2008. Denise graduated from Rutgers University School of Law after receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota. She has worked in the legal field since 1992 in both the public and private sectors. Denise currently administers Employee Benefit, Personal Trust, IRA and Investment Management accounts. |

Haider, CRSP, Trust Operations Manager, joined American Trust Center in 2001. She has a B.S. degree in Finance and 9 years of trust operations experience. Andrea maintains account holdings, processes the daily transactions, and reconciles accounts. She also assists in retirement plan services operations, including payrolls, distributions, and answering customer questions. She is an honor graduate of Cannon Financial Institute's Retirement Plan Services School and has extensive knowledge of the complex laws and regulations, which govern qualified plans. |

Pam Andrist, Trust Associate, joined American Trust Center in 2007. Pam began her career in the financial services industry in 1996 as a loan processor and mortgage loan assistant. Pam is responsible for assisting with account administration and relationship management, primarily in the personal trust area. |

Noon, Trust Associate, joined American Trust Center in 2005. Sabrina graduated from the University of Mary with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Sabrina is responsible for assisting with account administration and relationship management, in both the employee benefit plan and personal trust areas. |

Corrine Chapinski, Trust Associate, began employment with American Trust Center in 2009. Prior to joining American Trust Center, Corrine spent 13 years working for a regional health insurance company as a marketing specialist. She is a graduate of Bismarck State College. Corrine is responsible for assisting with account administration and relationship management for the retirement plan services area. |

Karen Wehri, Operations Associate, joined American Trust Center in 2007. Karen has worked in the financial services industry since 2000, primarily in the retirement plan services processing and administration area. She performs various duties relating to the processing and administration of employee benefit plans, including balancing reports, processing client company payrolls, preparing periodic statements, handling disbursements, and maintaining account documentation and records. |

Gayle
Kadrmas, Operations Associate, began her career in investment operations and sales in 1989. She joined American Trust Center in 1999. Her function is to process the Trust Company's transactions and operate American Trust Center's trust accounting software. She assures that all transactions are properly accounted for, that reports are properly generated, and that deposits, withdrawals, and payments are properly and timely made and accounted for. |

Kayla Bodvig, Operations Associate, joined American Trust Center in 2008. Kayla has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Minot State University. She has been in the financial services industry since 2003, where she worked as a customer service representative, credit analyst, and most recently as a loan account representative. Kayla performs various duties relating to the processing and administration of trust accounts and employee benefit plans, including balancing reports, preparing periodic statements, handling disbursements, and maintaining trust documentation and records. |

Erin Roach-Fiedler, Operations Associate, joined American Trust Center in 2008. Erin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Montana. Prior to joining American Trust Center, she worked for American Bank Center in Bismarck beginning in 2002, where she worked in the operations support area. Erin performs various duties relating to the processing and administration of trust accounts and employee benefit plans, including balancing reports, preparing periodic statements, handling disbursements, and maintaining trust documentation and records. |
